WASHINGTON — Peter Navarro, the Donald Trump adviser sentenced to incarceration following his conviction for defying a congressional subpoena, has requested the Supreme Courtroom to intervene after a federal appeals court docket rejected his bid to place the four-month jail sentence on maintain.
